This is my first experience with an exterminator and I must say, first they interested me because they use “organic” products, then they peaked my interest further by offering such a great price. So I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I had “critters” I didn’t even know I had. We had our first treatment today and the tech that came to the house, his name is Joel, knew what he was doing and could answer every question I threw at him. He was neat, friendly and very professional. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing, and what to expect in the future. He reminded me that I could call anytime and left his card. I’m looking forward to his next “visit”. VERY smart young man!! He’ll be an asset to this company. Thank You, Joel!
